要做众筹首先要有人，然后是制定有诱惑力的众筹方案，然后就是执行这三个核心，但是在众筹中会遇到哪里风险呢？众筹的基础是事先拥有强大的社群+自明星影响力，这是众筹的前题条件；若没有这２个条件，众筹一定会失败。

众筹只是开始，而真正重要的是众筹成功之后的“投后管理”：比如你拿到钱了，那么，产品众筹就是你给我的产品好不好，价格值不值；股权众筹就是投资能不能经营成功，赔了怎么办？有什么保障？众筹一定是以‘人’”为核心：因为人是做事的核心，若不是以为个原则为核心，目的不纯者，必失败，而且将面临更大的风险。

众筹的本质是：共同合谋+共享资源+分享利益：任何不以筹人为目的的众筹就是耍流氓。众筹不是空手套白狼：如果你想通过众筹变现或是利用众筹忽悠下钱，那你就一定会失败，即使钱到手了，你也要承担众筹后由此付出的巨大的代价。
